Ordering is simple. If the item is not on Etsy (see the Windsock page for these) or you want to order directly then simply get in touch with me via email with your requirements and I will confirm the price.
Payment can be by cheque (U.K. Only), PayPal or bank transfer.
If you want to pay by cheque (UK only) when I reply I will include an invoice. Payment can be returned to me by post to the address shown on the invoice. Prices include P&P for UK orders.
I can also accept payment via PayPal. This enables you to pay with your credit or debit card. If you want to take advantage of this then please send me an email with your order and I will return a PayPal invoice for payment.
Overseas Orders. I can only take overseas orders via PayPal. Please note that for overseas orders there will be an additional charge for postage. Let me know what you want by email and I will let you know the postage costs. If you agree to go ahead I will then send a PayPal invoice.
Delivery within the U.K. is normally within 28 days but if you need it quicker then please let me know and I will see what I can do. Overseas orders may take longer due to delivery.
For custom windsocks sketch your design on a piece of paper or using some suitable software create the design (e.g. Windows Paintbrush) then send it to me, I will then get back to you with a quote.
